With our In-Person training plans, you get both one-on-one training and nutrition guidance, combined with an online accountability system through our training app. The main goal of our training is to keep accountable, motivated, make it simple and fun, challenging, and effective at producing results.
Here how it works:
We start with fitness assessment session
You’ll start by telling us all about yourself, including your goals, health challenges, and daily routine. From there, we’ll do physical assessment to find the right program for you. We will customize your entire program and we’ll start the proven coaching process.
Time managmement and scheduling
We will discuss your schedule to find the right days and times for your personal training sessions. From there we will schedule all your sessions monthly or biweekly depending on the chosen training plan.
Small yet powerful practices to improve everyday life
We’ll work together to create and practice healthy habits across every aspect of your life, from sleep and stress management to movement and mindfulness. These new habits will help you feel more calm, confident, and prepared for each day—no matter what life throws at you.
Personal coaching and detailed progress checking
We’ll check in with you frequently to see how you’re doing and to answer any questions you have. Also, we will do reassessment monthly, or when it's needed, so you can see just how much progress you’ve made.
